HOW TO BREW
- Pour 25g of hot water throughthe coffee bed, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
- Pour water evenly up to the top (Approx. 80g).
- Once the water level goes down to 1/3 from the bottom, pour water to the top again.
- Repeat 2-3 more times
- Let water run through, ending at 180g around 2:30 - 3min.
